There’s no revolution without music!!! In postporn art – understood in the broadest sense – music plays quite a significant role. Over the last few years, an increasing number of artists around the postporn scene have entered into collaborations with DJ and music-adjacent culture – with the benefit of support and visibility for both sides. In this section of the festival, we encourage you to get out on the dance floor. Beyond traditional video clips (“Ghost Song”), we propose having a look at music-adjacent strategies in which sound plays an essential role: from experimental spoken word music (“FILF”) to upbeat, unsettling sounds (“Pussy, Cock, Mannequin, Roses, Cocktail Umbrellas”), and from mainstream (“Heavenly Bodies”) to the true underground (“Stupid MF”).
